Kimberly Schulz has over 12 years of sales and marketing experience in Technology and Health Services. She is a high-performance, strategic achiever who has received national recognition as a leader in her field.
That said, she is a passionate staffing professional with experience in full life cycle recruiting to hiring, training, and managing successful recruiting and delivery teams, developing and delivering Firm-wide recruiting strategies, tools, and tactics, and competitive intelligence.
Throughout her career, she has strived to reframe how the value of Human Capital is applied in Business. Her conclusion is that it takes equal parts Art and Science to yield the highest results. Art is difficult to teach or replicate, however, consistent processes yield consistent results, and there is an underlying science to talent identification and acquisition.
